Noel Gallagher's new single hits 1m plays
The Death of You and Me, the new single from Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds, recently reached one million plays on YouTube after being posted on the video-sharing website last week.
Due to be released on August 21st through Gallagher's Sour Mash Records label, the song is the first to be taken from the former Oasis man's forthcoming record.
It will be available in seven-inch, CD and digital formats, all of which will come with the exclusive B-side The Good Rebel.
The video for The Death of You and Me will be included in the digital package.
Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds the album can be pre-ordered now, ahead of its full release in the UK and Europe on October 17th.
Music fans interested in hearing live performances of the singer-songwriter's new material can order High Flying Birds tickets for gigs at the Olympia Theatre in Dublin, Edinburgh's Usher Hall and the Hammersmith Apollo in October.
Tickets will go on sale this Friday (August 5th).
