Olly Murs "absolutely buzzing" about the Brits
Olly Murs' tour of the UK was supposed to arrive in Aberdeenshire on Tuesday (February 21st), but the singer has told local news provider he is "absolutely buzzing" about the Brit Awards and has rescheduled the show in order to attend the ceremony.
The artist is in the running for Best British Single for his song Heart Skips a Beat - which featured Rizzle Kicks - and he will also perform at the event.
He told Aberdeen's the Press and Journal: "To be nominated is great and I'm very excited about performing ... it's not a problem if I don't win, it's just great to be nominated."
Those with Olly Murs tickets to see the star need not worry they will miss him perform, as he will be playing at the city's Exhibition and Conference Centre on February 22nd and 26th.
Fans attending these gigs may be in for a great show, as the singer recently told Bliss magazine those who had bought his album would "definitely" enjoy what he does on stage, saying he has been inspired by fellow solo artists Robbie Williams and Michael Buble.
