Olly Murs confirmed as Brit Awards performer
It has been announced that Olly Murs will be one of the artists performing at the Brit Awards 2012.
The singer joins a star-studded line-up that includes Rihanna, Coldplay, Noel Gallagher, Florence & The Machine, Ed Sheeran, Bruno Mars, Adele and Blur.
However, Murs is not only there as a performer, but also as a nominee for the Best British Single award for his song Heart Skips A Beat featuring Rizzle Kicks.
This is the second time he has been in the running for this prize, as he was in the shortlist for the trophy last year.
Music lovers who want to see a performance by the X factor host, who was once a contestant on the same show, may still be able to get their hands on Brit Awards tickets for the February 21st event.
People who want a souvenir of their time at the ceremony could buy the album produced by the organisers, which this year includes 61 tracks across three discs - one of which lists acts who have previously won the Outstanding Contribution to Music award.
