Outfit creates health risk for Lady Gaga
Lady Gaga has become renowned for crazy outfits but it seems her latest bizarre ensemble nearly cost the singer her life.
According to the Sun, the Telephone star had to be undressed by aeroplane cabin staff after her garb caused her legs to swell.
Gaga had boarded the flight at Heathrow wearing nothing but black and yellow duct tape and giant blue shoes designed by Alexander McQueen.
The attire was so uncomfortable that it caused the onset of the early stages of the potentially life threatening deep vein thrombosis, the news provider reports.
Only last week the US singer had told Jonathan Ross in a TV interview: "I would rather die than have my fans not see me in a pair of high heels. I'd never give up my wigs and hats for anything."
Lady Gaga returns to the UK later this year for a series of concerts, starting at the Trent FM Arena in Nottingham on May 27th.
