Owl City heads to UK in October
An Owl City tour has been unveiled for later in the year.
The electronic artist, whose real name is Adam Young, will play four UK dates in October in support of his latest record, which is due to be released in September.
Beginning at the HMV Forum in London on October 26th, he will go on to play dates in Birmingham, Manchester and Oxford.
Owl City tickets will be in high demand and the artist will have four albums worth of material to put in to the setlist.
The singer-songwriter and instrumentalist rose to fame in 2008 through the social networking site Myspace and gained mainstream popularity through the release of his second record Ocean Eyes, which contained the hit single Fireflies.
His latest album The Midsummer Station is the follow up to 2011's All Things Bright And Beautiful and will feature a duet with the Call Me Maybe singer Carly Rae Jepson.
