Paul Simon to play Hard Rock Calling on 25th anniversary of Graceland
Paul Simon tickets are now available to see the musician at Hard Rock Calling and fans will undoubtedly be treated to some songs from his groundbreaking album Graceland.
The record, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, is featured in April's edition of Rolling Stone magazine.
It describes the album as being one of the best things in rock right now and draws attention to the documentary film Under African Skies, as well as the fact Graceland won a Grammy for album of the year and sold 14 million copies.
Simon said: "It was the first real breakthrough in world music and collaborations between musicians from different cultures. That's now a ubiquitous fact of life in music."
Hard Rock Calling will give people who have never been to a Paul Simon tour the chance to see the artist in the open air when he takes to the stage on Sunday July 15th.
