Prince to perform on the X Factor?
Global superstar Prince is to appear on the final show of this year's X Factor, it has been claimed.
According to the Daily Mail, the 52-year-old musician is being lined up for an appearance for the last show of this year's contest in which the winner will be announced.
"Simon Cowell had been trying to get Prince on the show for so long, he is a massive fan and it is a big coup," a source told the news provider.
"At the moment the plans are being kept under wraps -but it will make for the biggest X Factor final ever seen."
Prince will take time out from his recently announced US tour, called Welcome 2 America, for the X Factor Final in December, says the Mail.
The stars of this year's X Factor will take part in a live tour once the TV series has ended, starting at the LG Arena in Birmingham on February 19th.
