Rammstein's Sonisphere set to be on Saturday night?
Rammstein fans hoping to see the German industrial-metal group at this year's Sonisphere Festival should buy tickets for the Saturday date, it has been claimed.
The band, who are due to headline one of the days of the weekend-long Knebworth festival, will be performing on the Saturday, July 31st, the Welwyn and Hatfield Times reports.
Alice Cooper has already been announced as the headlining act on the Friday of the event, held at a Hertfordshire stately home.
Therefore, if this new information is correct, it means that British metal legends iron Maiden will be topping the bill on the Sunday night.
Other bands playing at the festival include Placebo, Iggy and The Stooges and Motley Crue.
Rammstein will also be playing three UK gigs this February. The band will be at the MEN Arena in Manchester on February 2nd before heading to LG Arena in Birmingham on the 3rd and Wembley Arena on the 4th.
