Six Nations: Toby Flood to face Italy for England
The England Wales rugby match on February 25th may see Toby Flood take to the field, as the player is ready to return after a recent injury.
Following six weeks' break from the sport with damage to his knee, the England player is rejoining the national squad to compete against Italy on February 11th.
"I got back a little quicker than I thought," he said, insisting his injury is no longer bad enough to keep him off the field.
"I'm feeling fine, I got a whack early on and there was a bit of tension and a few nerves but the body feels good," the sportsman stated.
After England beat Scotland 13 - 6 in their opening match of the Six Nations Championships on Saturday (February 4th), fans may be hoping for the side to continue their performance throughout the tournament.
This will include an England France rugby game on March 11th at the Stade de France after the team face Wales in Twickenham.
