Snow Patrol tickets scooped up quick for Ireland gigs
Snow Patrol tickets for the band's Ireland gigs next year were picked up quickly by fans this week, but the group has announced extra dates to keep up with the demand.
The musicians are to play concerts across the UK and Ireland at the beginning of 2012, originally starting on January 21st at Dublin's O2 venue, before moving on to the Odyssey in Belfast on January 23rd.
However, the tickets for these two gigs sold out so quickly the band has now decided to play extra shows on January 20th in Dublin and January 24th in Belfast.
More dates for the Snow Patrol tour will be announced shortly and the group stated that Manchester foursome Everything Everything will support them on this series of gigs.
The up-and-coming musicians were shortlisted for the Mercury Prize and are nominated for Best New Act at the Q Awards this year, the winners of which will be announced on October 24th.
