Sonic Boom Six unveil UK tour
Details of the Sonic Boom Six UK tour dates have been unveiled.
The punk-rock band, who merge influences of metal, ska and dubstep in to their original sound, will tour the UK in November in support of their soon-to-be-released self-titled fourth record.
Starting off at Nottingham Rock City Basement on November 2nd, the five-piece will play shows in Manchester, Leeds, Hull, Plymouth and Norwich among others, before finishing at the Meze Lounge in Newport on November 24th.
Formed in 2002, the band have released three albums so far and several EPs, building up a steady fan base with their eclectic sound and Sonic Boom Six gigs will draw on material from throughout their career.
Speaking of their new record, which will be the first on Xtra Mile Recordings, singer Laila Khan said that it feels like a new start and is the best record they have made to date.
"The whole purpose of the album was to get our ethos and message out in a way that is inclusive and inviting to everyday people," she added.
