The Brit-pop act will close out the festival, which combines some of the biggest music acts with comedy, film, theatre, poetry and cabaret performances.
Meanwhile, US indie rockers The National headline the first night of the Friday to Sunday event and Scottish singer-songwriter Paolo Nutini takes the top billing on the Saturday.
Jon Dunn, the festival's music booker, said: "I'm very excited about this year's Latitude - I feel it will bring more highlights than ever before, the mix of artists is exciting with great new acts Glasser, Anna Calvi and Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, alongside the likes of Edwyn Collins, OMD and Wanda Jackson.
"The thought process behind Latitude has always been to bring great artists to the festival with imagination, passion and talent, and I really believe this is our best ever music bill."
Latitude takes place at Henham Park in Southwold, Suffolk, from July 15th to 17th.
