The Killers tickets go on sale for two London shows

This morning (June 14th), sees The Killers tickets go on sale for two dates in London.

The Las Vegas band have announced they are to play Scala in the UK capital on June 22nd and 23rd as part of plans to warm up for summer festival performances, including their headlining of Hard Rock Calling in Hyde Park on June 24th.

Tickets for the two Scala gigs are sure to be in high demand with the venue one of the smallest the band have played in years.

It marks the return of the Hot Fuss stars after they announced a hiatus in 2010 with singer Brandon Flowers pursuing a so career, leading to fears that they may be about to split.

But they have since announced their return to touring and there has been talk of a new studio album, which would be the band's fourth and their first release since Day & Age came out back in 2008.
