Tinie Tempah big winner at BRITs
Ahead of the upcoming Tinie Tempah tour, the rapper has taken home two BRIT Awards after last night's (February 15th) ceremony.
The 22-year-old won both the Best Breakthrough Act award and the Best Single for Pass Out.
After the ceremony, Tinie promised to celebrate the wins with a night of partying.
"I'm going to get really messed up and everyone here is invited," he told AFP. "We are going to get really wrecked."
He had been up for four awards at this year's BRITs, but lost the coveted Best British Album category to Mumford & Sons for their record Sigh No More, while Best Male Artist category went to hip-hop and R&B star Plan B.
Other winners on the night included Take That, who took home Best British Group, and Justin Bieber, who was named International Breakthrough Act.
The Tinie Tempah tour begins at the O2 Apollo in Manchester this Saturday, February 19th.
