Top line-up set for BBC Proms 2012
The BBC Proms 2012 schedule features a stellar line-up of classical acts that could mean there this something for everyone at the popular event this summer.
It will take place from July 13th until September 8th, with some truly impressive events at the Grade I listed Royal Albert Hall set to dazzle audiences that make their way down to London.
BBC Proms 2012 tickets will go on sale on May 12th and music fans should be sure to get theirs quickly so they do not miss out on some of the most popular performances.
The First Night of the Proms will kick off with four conductors directing an all-English performance featuring works by Turnage, Elgar, Delius and Tippett.
Over the course of the next few weeks, performances will include works by Beethoven, Tchaikovsky and Mozart, while those with children may enjoy the Wallace & Gromit Prom Musical Marvels, which will be held on July 29th.
