'Touch and go' for Rihanna concert at BRITs
The chances of a Rihanna concert taking place at tonight's (February 15th) BRIT Awards is "touch and go", it has been claimed.
Rihanna is due to perform at tonight's awards ceremony but may have to pull out of the event due to illness.
The Barbadian songstress has been suffering from a bout of Laryngitis and Bronchitis recently.
And while she was able to perform at this week's Grammy Awards, it seems she may not have enough strength left for the BRITs.
According to the Daily Mirror, she has been ordered by doctors not to talk for 24 hours in a bid to save her voice for the show.
A source told the news provider: "She's really ill. It's touch and go about the Brits.
"She has a doctor on standby for vitamin shots in her bum and she’s been ordered to limit talking, which is difficult as she does like a good natter."
Meanwhile, Rihanna recently added an extra London date at the O2 Academy to her upcoming UK tour, tickets for which go on sale tonight at 8pm.
