UK tickets released for Jay-Z's Watch the Throne tour

Jay-Z and Kanye West are bringing their Watch the Throne tour to the UK and mainland Europe this year and tickets for the shows were released today (February 24th).

The two artists brought out an album of the same name together last August and have been promoting it with a "critically-acclaimed" series of gigs in the US.

Now the collaboration will be taking their show to the UK and Europe, with the tour starting at London's O2 Arena on May 20th.

The pair will then perform in Switzerland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, France, Belgium and Germany before playing at Dublin's O2 Arena on June 8th and returning to Britain for dates at Manchester's MEN Arena and Birmingham's LG Arena on the 11th and 13th respectively.

Jay-Z tickets for the event were released on pre-sale yesterday, while the general public can get their hands on passes today.

And those who enjoy the pairing may be pleased to hear the Watch the Throne tour may not be the end of the star's collaboration with Kanye West.

Speaking to MTV recently, Jay-Z said: "You might see a Jay, then Kanye and a Throne album next year. You know, we're really in a great place creatively. We really found our zone."
