Westlife announce extra tour date
There are now more Westlife farewell tour tickets available, as the band has announced an extra live show.
On Sunday June 17th 2012, the Irish foursome will appear at the Glasgow SECC, the third concert that has been scheduled for the venue.
This may be great news for fans who did not manage to grab Westlife Greatest Hits concert tickets when a new batch came on sale on Saturday (October 28th) following the announcement of extra tour dates in June.
After revealing earlier this month that the group plan to split up, they announced additional Westlife tickets would be made available to meet surging demand to see the boys sing one last time.
In a statement last week, the group spoke to their followers about their decision to go their separate ways.
The foursome warned fans to ignore any accusations in the press that there had been issues between the members.
"We know it doesn't make for a good story, but regardless of what you might read in the papers, this was wholeheartedly a united decision," Westlife stated.
