Wimbledon 2012 in full swing

Wimbledon 2012 has provided plenty of excitement in its first week with some shock exits and sterling performances.

One of the biggest surprises was the number two seed and two-time Wimbledon champion Rafael Nadal being knocked out in a dramatic five-set match against world number 100 Lukas Rosol.

Nadal's exit has blown open the draw for many players and it could play in to the hands of Andy Murray, if the Scot manages to keep up his good work so far and make it to the semi-finals.

Britain also has a new tennis hero with Heather Watson becoming the first British woman to make the third round of the competition since 2002.

Wimbledon tickets for week two of the tournament will be in high demand, as fans will be interested to see if Maria Sharapova can reclaim the singles trophy she won in 2004 and whether Novak Djokovic can continue his recent success.
