Tracking number explained
To ensure guaranteed delivery of the tickets, we work with fully trackable delivery companies. The tracking number is the number for your delivery, provided by the company. With this number we can check the current state at any point of the delivery.
After the seller has dispatched the tickets and got the tracking number he has to enter it in his Aloud Ticket Exchange account following by an email we send you including this number.
Further you can track your order online. Therefore please visit the official site of the delivery company (i.e. Royal Mail, UPS, Chronopost, DHL) and enter the tracking number in the "Track" section.
