Confirmation usually takes place within two business days. If you paid by credit card, debit card or ELV your payment method has been authorised but will not be charged until your order has been confirmed.

If you have paid by iDEAL or Moneybookers your payment has already been taken.

Due to the unique, person-to-person nature of the ticket marketplace, a ticket purchase is not 100% final until it is confirmed by the seller.
