Account Locked
Your account locks if you enter an incorrect password more than five times, and serves as a security measure to protect your account from being misused. If this has happened to you, please Contact Us and we will unlock it for you.
Once we have unlocked it, try again with your username and personal password. If it still does not accept it, don't try more than five times. Instead click on the "Forgot your password?" link, and you will be directed to enter your email address. Then click on the "Proceed with password reset" button, where an email will be sent to your registered account with details on the reset procedure.
