Creating / Registering an account
As a Season Ticket holder your details will have been pre-registered with us by the club. However, in order to activate your account, you need to complete the following steps:
- Go to Sign in/Register
- on the left hand side, you should see "Click here if you are a Aston Villa Season Ticket holder and would like to sell your tickets."
- Choose "Click here to create and activate your account with the Ticket Exchange"
- You will then be prompted to enter your membership ID (= Season Ticket Number), your date of birth and your postcode.
- Once you're activated, follow the instructions, which involve filling in basic contact information. Your information will be kept private on our secure servers.
- Select an e-mail and password for signing in.
Check your email - we will send you a message confirming your registration with your selected username.
