Problems with resent password
If you have requested a password reset, please make sure you put in your username exactly as when you registered, and try to copy and paste the password we sent you. You can do this by marking the 8 digits with your mouse.
Then you right-click and select copy. Once you are in the password field, right-click again and select "paste". This will make sure that you put it in exactly as we sent it, since it is case sensitive. If you cannot copy the password, make sure you put the letters in capitals and the numbers in lower case, to ensure correct use of the password.
