Downloading your e-tickets

  1. You’ve Got Mail
When the seller has uploaded your ticket(s) to our website, you will receive an email from viagogo with a link to download your e-ticket(s). After clicking on the link, you will be asked to enter your email address and password. Please ensure that you sign in with the same account you used to purchase your tickets.
You can also download the tickets from the Purchases section of My Account, if they have been uploaded.
  2. Print
Once you open the link with your tickets, you will need to print them in either colour or black and white. Now you’re good to go!
If you accidentally lose the printed e-ticket or deleted the file on your computer, you can download it again from the same link in the email and reprint your ticket. However, please note that only one version of each e-ticket and barcode will be accepted at the venue.

But… where’s my email?
If you have not yet received an email with the link, please remember that event organisers typically issue tickets very close to the event date, often as late as the week of the event. You should expect to receive the email with the link to download your tickets in the week leading up to the event.

It is also advisable to check your email account’s spam mailbox, as it is possible that our emails were incorrectly sent there by your email provider.

Remember, you can Track Your Order status at any time.
