Synth-pop group Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark, or as they’re more commonly known OMD, found success in 1980 with the release of their eponymous debut album and hit song ‘Messages’. With a strikingly lush electronic sound, the band had further hits with ‘Enola Gay’, ‘Souvenir’ and ‘Joan of Arc’ to name a few. The band’s reformation in 2006 was met with open arms and recent live shows have been exceptionally well received. OMD tickets won’t stick around for long.
