I don’t have my seat details – can I still list my tickets?
The seller is responsible for providing viagogo with the specific seat details for a seated ticket. If you haven’t been provided seat details by the box office (because the primary sold you the tickets without specifying the seat details), you can still list your tickets, however you must update your listing once seat details are released.
